Conference Frequently Asked Questions
When does the conference begin/end?
The conference date is Tuesday August 8, 2017. Monday, August 7, is a day of optional programming including hotel guestroom check-in and the welcome reception, both which are not included in the Elevate Me registration price. Additional fees may apply.
How much is a ticket and what does it include?
There are 3 different ticket types offered. For the individual attendee (ELEVATE ME), for another employee from same company (ELEVATE MY TEAM) and for those looking to make it easy with an all inclusive ticket (THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE). For more details, visit the Ticket Page.
How long do I have to buy my ticket?
Tickets are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend that you purchase your ticket immediately, as we are unable to hold or reserve one for you once they are all gone. The early registration discount is available for a limited amount of tickets.
I purchased THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE, can I request a friend to share my hotel room?
If you wish to share a room with someone, please be sure to indicate that during registration. Rooms can be reserved for two people, but a separate conference registration must be made for each individual.
What meals are included with the conference registration fee?
Coffee and tea service is available in the morning and lunch is provided as a part of the ticket on Tuesday as well as an afternoon snack break. Breakfast on Tuesday and the cocktail party on Monday night is available as a part of THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE ticket.
Who can attend the Welcome Reception?
All conference attendees are invited to purchase tickets to attend the Welcome Reception on Monday night from 7-9pm. Attendance is only included in the price of the registration for The Whole Experience ticket. The reception includes light hors d’oeuvres and an open bar.
Are there hotel rooms available for meeting attendees?
Yes. The Elevated Experience has reserved a block of rooms for attendees. You book accommodations by visiting Mission Inn Resort Reservations and input the group code for the conference rate. You can also contact the reservations desk at 800.874.9053 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive on site?
Yes. The program schedule for the Elevated Experience will be posted online as soon as it is finalized.
What should I wear?
Attendees generally wear business or casual attire. During the day, you will be moving throughout the conference spaces, including up and down stairs and in and outside, so wear comfortable and appropriate clothing and shoes. Dress in layers as it can be chilly from the air conditioning. Pick your favorite outfit that makes you feel confident and comfortable.
I can’t attend but already purchased my ticket. Can I get a refund?
All registration/ticket sales are final, no refunds will be issued. Paid registrations may be transferred to another individual at no charge if you notify The Elevated Experience in writing by June 30, 2017. After June 30th, there is a transfer fee.
How can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
You can transfer your ticket to another individual (someone you know) free of charge until June 30th, 2017 by reaching out to Shannon@theEsquared.com with “Ticket transfer” as the subject of the email. Please include complete contact information for yourself as well as for the colleague who will be using the registration. Someone will get back to you right away. After June 30th, each ticket transfer will be subjected to a fee of $50.00.
