BRAINSTORM... in small groups, work with your peers to come up with unique ideas that you can put into practice immediately. Check out each other's websites, talk about your best customer experience, figure out how to create more of those "tell the world about you" clients.
IMPLEMENT... now it's time to workshop. Take the last third of the session to execute your ideas. Bring your laptop, tablet, or anything you need to work on. Organize a plan, write new content and feed off of the productive energy around you. The goal is to leave having accomplished tasks and made strides to improve on what you've just learned.
